Did not have a good experience. We ordered an arrangement for $140 total ($6 delivery fee). When I saw the arrangement I was so disappointed. I could have purchased the same arrangement at Safeway for $40. It was a nice vase, but certainly not worth $90 dollars. I was embarrassed for my coworkers who all chipped in money to make sure she received something over the top and would let the recipient know that we loved her. When calling to express our concern, we were treated rudely and not accommodated in any way. Certainly not the way to run a business. I normally don't comment on social media but this constitutes a response. I'm sure this won't affect her business because she's the only one in town, but buyers beware!
Today I called to place an order to be delivered to my sisters work for her birthday/engagement. I believe I spoke with Robin. Since I live in Ohio and have never had the pleasure of visiting her shop I was a little worried it not be what I wanted. Although I felt the woman I spoke to was a little cold, and didn't give much of an idea of what type of arrangement would be delivered it was beautiful. She definitely made my sisters day and delivered very quickly. And for that I am truly grateful. I feel the price I paid was fair. My only true negative is the card reading was slightly off but it didn't change the positive review from my baby sister. So overal thank you very much for helping us share a memory from 3000 miles away. :)
Easy to order online. The delivery day I chose ended up being a day the recipient of the order was not at work, so I called Wild Iris and asked what I could do and they scheduled it for the next day without issue. They were happy, friendly, and the following day the order arrived with fresh flowers right on time! No issues and I'd order again.

asked for a really pretty colorful flowers to be delivered to my sisters school for her birthday when i got the picture of the flowers they sent it looked like weeds for $50.00 and they didn't even add the flowers i requested. ... only giving two stars because they are friendly but DONT order over the phone unless you want bad quality for a high cost.
