5. School Dances - These dances are not fun and over priced. It costs $5 to get in... Then the play songs. And sell food. Very boring. No phones are allowed for pictures. You aren't allowed to leave early, unless someone picks you up. They are very crowded. One girl broke her leg from falling... An ambulance came. The dress code is still required. Some teacher asked me to pass out flyers for a church group, I did and got in major trouble... These songs are very overplayed... And kind of inappropriate.

4. Dress code - The dress code is fairly well... But strict. I had to change for someone seeing my bra strap. The teacher announced announced it to everyone.

I went to this school for one year... I am now changing schools due to these reasons...

This school is not a good one. And I don't recommend it to ANYONE. Please think about this review before sending your kids to it. Thank you for reading...

Another teacher told my friends I was a bad influence and that they needed to cut me out of their lives. I was 12. I had undiagnosed depression, anxiety, ADHD and was being abused at home. No one asked or cared, everyone blamed me as a problem and sought to remove me from everything I was familiar with just to shut me up and help my friends along.

Was bullied a lot as well, and through all of that no one took me aside and asked me if I was okay. Nor did they ever even suggest seeking out mental health professionals, two things that would've saved me a lot of time and anguish. Good job Molalla, you had me convinced I was a failure until my late teen years when I was told the truth.

I've been to dark places I almost didn't come back from, I even was afraid to leave my house for 2 years because of how the students and staff of molalla middle+high school treated me.

23 now, set up on a path of failure by adults who gladly bullied and demeaned a 12-13 year old. Doing much better though, out of that town and trying to recover years of lost mental stability and self confidence. Maybe I sound whiny to you, reader, but you don't understand how much it would've helped if someone would've bothered to try and actually help me.

Molalla, start teaching compassion. Stop hiring people who prefer to mock kids who are different and start being proactive. Educate yourselves on mental health and social issues, the bullying and mistreatment needs to stop. Now.

Poor excuse for a school. Teachers are discouraging to downright rude, one was even a bully to me and others personally. The "therapy" I received included removing me from my usual homeroom and "away from distractions (my friends)" into a homeroom full of strangers.

Was personally threatened with being held back by the aforementioned teacher, openly mocked in front of the class by her (multiple times), and she even called my parents and told them I was an idiot. Come to find out, many years later, I had un-diagnosed ADHD and needed medication.

3. Hygiene - This school is dirty... Messy, unsafe and unsanitary. There are water leaks everywhere. The walls are "fixed" with duct tape and cardboard. The water tastes like river water... And the food is horrible. I've found several hairs in my food. Some cooks don't wear gloves, and it tastes like cardboard. Various rooms smell like body odor and feet. The bathrooms are never clean, and filled with mean and filthy graffiti.

Its not in great shape But the education is really good. There is bulling i have been. The help you get from the counsels is grat they reallynhelp and the staff wanna keppbit a safe environment and it has been... When we have lock downs the make sure we stay where we are and make sure we are completly safe

1. Teachers - The teachers here are very, very discouraging. One teacher, called my writing piece complete garbage. One... Called me fat, and said I would break table if I sat on it. The same teacher also made a rape joke. He doesn't teach us... We can play on our phones all we want. I asked another teacher for help since I missed a few days, and she told me to ask a partner, a boy. I told her before, I don't feel comfortable being seated so close to a boy. She didn't care. One teacher caught another student passing notes, and threatened to read it and called it stupid and a joking love note. Horrible teachers. The PE teacher seems okay.

2. Bullying - Bullying is a huge issue in this school. I was bullied... And nothing was done. One girl threatened to bring a gun to school, I was so scared. The boys were very sexist and inappropriate. My friend was sexually harassed by 3 boys during recess.

This school is a terrible place. Bullying based on homophobia, sexism, and other acts of bigotry are accepted and nothing is done, I and many others can tell you they have experienced it FROM TEACHERS. The education we receive is subpar and even the best teachers are overworked. Some of the staff are rude and unfairly enforce the sexist dresscode as well as the bullying many students receive. Only in the school year of 15/16 did the school purchase math books that were to the current standards. There seems to be little to no planning on the part of staff members who plan activities. The 6th grade hall is extremely narrow as the hallway was not ment to have lockers, it has around 100 students. Also during the school year of 15/16 the school experienced at least two fires due to faulty wiring in the school's computers within an hour, we were forced to spend the remainder of the day outside, some kids didn't have their coats because they had taken them off after the first fire alarm. As far as I know parents were never sent a letter about the incidence. The office staff not delivered notes on several occasions and has been rude to parents asking questions after their children complained. The hallways of the school are stained and dirty, the walls are 'fixed' with duct tape and cardboard. The bathrooms are unsanitary, covered in graffiti, has one handicapped stall that was made by pulling the divider between two stalls off the wall, if the boys bathroom was abused they would pull the doors off the hinges. The ceiling is covered in watermarks in every part of the building. The water in the school tastes odd and I don't believe it is safe. The school's boiler was made in the 60's and does little to heat the school. If this school was a restaurant, or any other type of building I have no doubt it would be condemned or have several violations. Some of the teachers were great but overall I had a terrible experience because of bullying, and the decrepit building. We deserve a safer school.

I go to this school and the the people are assholes. I mean I said good morning to a staff member and got kicked out of school for a day... I went last year and im moving to colton just because of this school till I go to high school
